Event Date: Saturday 22 June 2024 | 10am - 4pm
Magic of Christmas "A Winter's Day Out" is a carefully curated event, with limited stall spaces available.
All stall sites are indoor - EXCEPT Food Trucks. Food trucks will be at an outdoor location (with easy access for attendees to indoor dining space)
Successful waitlist applicants will be required to sign a vendor agreement and make payment in advance - details of which will be provided with notification of inclusion. You will be notified by email only if a site becomes available.

Standard (1.8m deep x 2.4m wide) $185.00
Large (1.8m deep x 4.8m wide) $300.00
Food Trucks (Outdoor - 3m x 3m) $195.00

Terms:
Sites cannot be shared or sublet without the organisers knowledge and approval.
Trestle tables & power WILL NOT be provided with stall sites unless requested & hired in advance.
Stallholders subject to food &/or liquor Licensing are responsible for providing and displaying relevant permits.
NB: We give preference to independently run businesses vs franchises or reps – we have to consider our existing stallholders and their products too if we bring in recognised/bigger brands! Thanks in advance for your understanding.
